Laura Sutherland and special guest, Rohan Shah, Founder and MD of Reuben Sinclair discuss how hiring talent based on values and purpose, and open job specs, can help diversity and inclusion within the public relations industry.

This event is part of the DRIVEN Series and leads up to the launch of the DRIVEN Pledge, which identified recruitment as a major factor to attracting diverse talent into public relations roles.

We will cover three specific areas and there will be time for questions:

1. The role recruitment will play in helping PR become a more diverse, inclusive and equal industry

2. Open job specs and blind recruitment

3. How recruitment policies can be shaped

You find Rohan at @rohmi44 on Twitter.

There is also a video of the event on PRFest’s YouTube channel.

Please don’t forget to subscribe as the next episode will be the launch of the DRIVEN Pledge and a panel discussion between CIPR, PRCA and Taylor Bennett Foundation about accountability.
